Explore the world of wine aging in our club-exclusive two-part seminar, designed to deepen your understanding of your palate and enrich your wine experience. In this two-part seminar we will be hosting you in small groups (12 people max) to help you uncover how time and formats shape the wines you love.
Part 1: Aged Like Fine Wine
Wine may have the potential to age for decades, but when is the perfect moment to uncork a bottle? Explore the transformation of Estate Cuvée at different stages of its journey. You’ll taste and compare 3 different vintages, learning how aromas and flavors evolve, and discover the ideal drinking window based on your personal preferences.
Part 2: Does Size Matter?
Does bigger really mean better when it comes to aging wine? Find out by tasting the same vintage of Côte à Côte from three different bottle sizes—750ml, 1.5L, and 3L. See how these larger formats slow the aging process, and understand why they’re perfect for special celebrations, from milestone birthdays to anniversaries.

Tickets - $65 per person (limit 2 tickets per membership)
When – Friday, November 8th
Time – Two available sessions: 1:30 pm or 3:30 pm
Where – L’Aventure Winery, in the Brand-New Wine Cave Alcoves
What – One of our Wine Educators will guide you through the two part seminar, tasting 6 curated library wines in various formats, along with a welcome pour of our Rosé and a final toast with Thiénot Champagne. Additionally, we will be opening up our library to offer purchases of our large formats on a first come first serve basis.
